p.s. the swinging of the noose looks wrong. Do you use easing? if so perfect it and it will look better.

watch my flash and watch the bit with the drill, i've used easing on the label movement. Take note and change yours to make it better ^_^

oh dear

there are loads of sprite tutorials on newgrounds. And there is a much easier way to cut sprites....but i'll let you figure it out.

Basically this tutorial is pointless because there is an easier and quicker way to do everthing you said. Bad luck ^_^
